By registering for an account or using the services provided by 1 Stop Bot, LLC and also Doing Business As (DBA), Transforma. (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service, including any updates or modifications. If you disagree with these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you:

• Are over 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
• Will not use the services in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

3. Grant of Rights

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our services in accordance with these Terms.

4. Definitions

Key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Applicable Law": Any laws, regulations, or guidelines applicable to the use of our services.
• "Customer Data": Any data you upload or provide to the services.
• "Platform": The proprietary software and tools offered by 1 Stop Bot, LLC.
• "End Users": Individuals authorized by you to use our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the last 12 months.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and policies.

7. Fees, Plans, and Used Time

Fees for premium plans must be paid through our approved payment processor. Plans and pricing may change with notice. Refunds are available under specific conditions, including unused transcription time limits.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our platform and services belong exclusively to 1 Stop Bot, LLC. You retain ownership of your data.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the services for cause, including violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may terminate at any time by providing written notice.

10. Miscellaneous

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida. All disputes must be resolved through arbitration as specified herein. For questions, contact us at support@1stopbot.com.

11. Security Incidents

1 Stop Bot, LLC will notify the Customer within 72 hours upon detecting any actual or suspected unauthorized access, collection, acquisition, use, transmission, disclosure, corruption, or loss of Customer Information, or breach of any environment:

• Containing Customer Information.
• Managed by 1 Stop Bot, LLC with controls similar to those protecting Customer Information (each referred to as a "Security Incident").

We will promptly investigate and resolve any Security Incident and provide written details regarding our internal investigation. Notifications to regulatory authorities or customers will only be made upon written request by the Customer, who reserves the right to review and approve the form and content of such notifications before their release.

1 Stop Bot, LLC will collaborate with the Customer to formulate and execute a plan to rectify all confirmed Security Incidents.

12. Transcription and Translation Accuracy Disclaimer

The transcription and translation services provided by 1 Stop Bot, LLC are generated using automated technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning. While we strive to deliver useful and accurate results, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or correctness of any transcription or translation output.

Transcriptions and translations may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content due to limitations inherent in automated processing, including but not limited to misinterpretation of speech, contextual errors, idiomatic inaccuracies, or mistranslation of words and phrases. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on transcription or translation output is at your sole risk.

By using our services, you expressly agree that 1 Stop Bot, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from or related to errors, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations in any transcription or translation output, including but not limited to content that is incorrect, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate.

As a condition of use, you hereby waive any and all claims of liability against 1 Stop Bot, LLC related to the accuracy or content of transcription and translation outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all transcription and translation results before use, distribution, or publication.

This waiver of liability applies to all forms of output generated by our services, including but not limited to real-time live translations, recorded transcriptions, and any AI-generated resources derived from such content.

13. User-Uploaded Content and Liability

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit, upload, or provide any content to the services provided by 1 Stop Bot, LLC.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or share, including ensuring that such content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the rights of any third party.

By using the services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Stop Bot, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any content you provide.

1 Stop Bot, LLC reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, monitor, or remove any content uploaded to the services that it determines in its sole discretion violates these Terms or Applicable Law.
